Partner Creator Terms

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between you, the Partner Creator, and Tojoa LLC, doing business as Reelang, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

You agree to this page when you sign in to Reelang Studio. If you are signing in on behalf of a company or a channel you don’t own outright, you’re telling us you’re allowed to agree to this for them.

2. What the Partner Creator program is

You make original comprehensible-input videos in Studio: you record them, you cut them, you decide what they say. Nobody assigns you a topic.

We highlight what you make in the Reelang catalog, in the answers our AI agent gives learners, and inside the app, with your name on it and a link back to your channel. Partner Creators get that extra boost on top of what any video we find already gets.

Studio is free to use and we pay the AI bills that come with it. Section 8 says what happens if that ever changes.

3. What you make stays yours

You own the video you make in Studio. Your face, your voice, your script, your recordings. We are not taking ownership of any of it.

What you are giving us is permission to use it in Reelang, and that permission is spelled out next.

4. The permission you give us

When you make a video in Studio, you give Tojoa LLC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• store and host your recordings and finished videos on our own infrastructure (today that is Cloudflare R2),
• process them the way the product needs: encode, transcode, cut, caption, subtitle, translate, transcribe, score for difficulty, and pull vocabulary and phrase data out of them,
• show and stream them inside the Reelang apps, on reelang.com, in our embeds and through our API, either from our own copy or by embedding your post on YouTube, TikTok or Instagram,
• show your name, handle, profile picture and a link to your channel next to them,
• and use short clips and stills to promote Reelang: app store listings, social posts, ads, press.

You are on camera and it is your voice, so this permission covers showing those too.

For any of this to actually work, the licence has to pass through to the companies that help us deliver the product: our hosting and CDN providers, the App Store and Google Play, and partners who embed or license our catalog through our API. That pass-through is limited to delivering Reelang. We are not selling your video to anyone.

This licence is non-exclusive: the video is yours to post wherever you like. It runs for as long as the video is in Reelang, plus the short wind-down described in Taking it back down.

5. What we will not do

We will not sell your video as stock footage, hand it to third parties to train generative AI models on, strip your credit, or put someone else’s name on it.

We do run automated analysis over it (speech rate, vocabulary, difficulty). That is how we place it at the right level for a learner.

6. The one ask about other apps

While a video you made in Studio is live in Reelang, please don’t license that same video to another language-learning app or course platform.

Your own channels are always fine: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, your Patreon, your own course.

7. What you promise us

It’s your own work. You hold the rights to everything in it, including music, footage and images. Anyone else on camera agreed to be there. It’s not someone else’s video re-cut.

Nothing illegal, hateful or sexual, and nothing that breaks the rules of the platforms we distribute through.

If you are not sure you have the rights to a piece of music or footage, leave it out.

8. Studio itself

The tool, its templates, animation, brandmark, prompts and code are ours. What comes out of it is yours.

Studio is free today and we pay for the AI it runs on, within fair-use limits: if one account starts costing more than the whole program, we’ll come talk to you before we do anything about it. If we ever add a paid tier, we’ll say so first.

Don’t resell Studio access or share your sign-in with people outside your own team.

9. Money

No payment either way today. Studio is free, we don’t pay per view, and what you get is reach, highlighting and the analytics.

If we launch a revenue share or a paid partner tier, it goes in writing before anything changes.

10. Taking it back down

You can pull out any time, through the removal form or by email. We take the video out of the Reelang catalog and stop streaming our copy within 5 business days.

Two caveats, stated plainly: copies cached by CDNs and app stores take a little while to expire, and marketing that’s already published (a store screenshot, an ad already running) gets rotated out at the next update rather than instantly.

11. Ending the partnership

Either side can end this, any time. We can remove content or close a Studio account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why.

12. The usual disclaimers

Studio is provided “as is.” We can’t guarantee it’s always available, that a given video will find an audience, or that our level scores are perfect. No promise of views, of placement, or of any particular result.

To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. If a court ever holds us liable, our total liability won’t exceed what you’ve paid us in the last twelve months (or $50, if you haven’t paid us anything).

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we end up in a disagreement we can’t resolve by email, it should be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes

We update the “last updated” date above when this page changes. For significant changes we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in to Studio.

15. Language

This page is in English only, even where the rest of Reelang speaks your language. It is the agreement itself, so it stays in one wording everyone can point at. If we ever publish a translation, the English version is still the one that applies.
