Loop a line without losing auto-pause
Live for everyone, right now.
Auto-pause stops the video after each subtitle line so you can repeat it out loud or let it sink in. Loop plays the same line over and over. Switched on together, the loop quietly won: the video stopped right where a pause would, then played on by itself, even though both buttons looked on. The two work as a team, so a looping line still waits for you at the end instead of rushing ahead.
This was a sneaky one, and it took a learner to spot it. Because a loop stops the video at exactly the moment a pause would, everything looked fine at first glance; it only gave itself away when the video started up again on its own. Thanks to the report, we could pin it down and fix it.
