Which words matter in your Arabic, not just Modern Standard

Live for everyone, right now.

We fit smart captions to the Arabic people actually speak, not "Arabic" as one language. Watching something in Egyptian, Iraqi, Levantine, Gulf or Moroccan, the words picked out as common are the ones common in that dialect, so the everyday vocabulary you need stands out instead of the bookish word nobody around you says.

Arabic works as a family of spoken varieties, and treating it as one shows up fast: learners of the less-served dialects find their most ordinary words passed over while formal forms get highlighted in their place. Which words get highlighted comes from how each dialect is really spoken, and from reading Arabic's word shapes properly, so a prefix or an ending never hides a word you already know.
