Fix hard-to-read run-on captions on some videos

On some videos the captions appear as long, run-on blocks with no punctuation or capitalization — a single caption line can run for many seconds of unbroken text, which makes it hard for learners to read along and follow the sentence.
We're cleaning these up so captions read naturally: • Proper punctuation and capitalization • Broken into sentence-sized lines instead of long run-ons • Filler words and stutters removed • Obvious mis-transcriptions corrected using the context of the whole video
