A stuck video fixes itself instead of stopping you

Sometimes a clip won't play: YouTube blocks it, there's a regional issue, or you hit that "confirm you're not a robot" wall. When that happens, the feed quietly swaps in a backup copy, or hands you one tap to clear it, instead of leaving you stuck on a dead screen.
We used to just show you an error. Now we try to fix it first, and only bother you if we really can't.
