Build out a shadowing pronunciation trainer using videos segments

One of the original ideas that led to Reelang was building out a shadowing trainer that allows learners to practice their pronunciation using real parts if native speech.
For us, this could tie in with looping and pausing on a sentence of a video. In addition to rewatching we can allow people to record their voice saying the same sentence and to listen back to the original and their recording back to back to improve their pronunciation.
