When you browse, the videos other learners liked and learned the most from show up first, the ones with a nice moment about the language or the culture. Less scrolling to find something good.
Until now we mostly put the newest videos on top, plus a few we'd picked by hand. We've got enough real use now, learners liking and skipping videos, to let the catalog sort itself by what people actually value, so we can retire the hand-picking.
